REVIEWING AN ORDER |
|
You can review an order you
already place when you log in into your account, under
history settings. In this section you will find
information about the items, quantity, prices and
shipping you selected for a particular order. The
fastest way to review an order is via
your online account.

CHANGING AN ORDER |
|
You can only make changes to
orders / items that have no yet entered the shipping
process. However, these changes must be done within 24 hrs
of placing the order in most cases, in order to successfully
modify the instructions or contents of an order.
Please remember that when
changing an order, our system needs to re-evaluate inventory
levels if you want to modify quantities as many items are
subjects to availability. To change an order for Health

your online account.

CANCELING AN ORDER / CANCEL
ITEMS FROM AN ORDER |

In order to cancel an order,
you must log-in into your account and check to see if the
item hasn't been shipped. If the item or items are still in
the shipping process, you may be able to cancel an order, or
to
modify certain items in your order.
The cancellation process
must be done within 24 hours of placing an order, please
note that if you have received a shipping confirmation
notification via email, it is not possible to cancel an
order or items at this point. Email notification containing
shipping information is not sent right after tracking number
is issued as we allow up 24 hours before sending it via
email to our customers. When you receive a shipping
confirmation, the order has been sent to you already.
Please make sure all
information is correct before placing an order to avoid any
issues.
The modification or
cancellation of an order must be done online or you may also
contact us via email. Modifying or canceling an order using
your online account
is the fastest and most reliable way.

ORDER ALREADY SHIPPED |
|
If you wanted to cancel an
order and it has been shipped to you, the best way to deal
with this situation at this point is to wait for the order
to arrive and to return it in same condition you receive it.

Please note that there is a
15% restocking fee for returned items.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS |

The cancellation of
international orders must be done within 24 hours of placing
your order, log-in into your
online account to check if your order can be
cancel. Contact us within your online account for any
communications related to canceling or modifying an
international order. |
